Squash soup.

This is one of my favourite meal ever!

It is really nice at the beginning of fall season all through the winter. It's warm, creamy and yummy - what more could you want? Also, it is really simple and easy to prepare and it doesn't take a lot of time out of your day.


RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

* about 500g of squash (I use butternut squash)

* 1-2 potatos (medium size)

* 2dl of plant based cream (I use rice cream or coconut cream)

* salt

*dill


INSTRUCTIONS

First, you have to peel your potatoes and pumpkin. After that you cook them.

When it's cooked blend them together in a blender and add your plant based cream.

After I add cream I leave it just a little bit longer to boil. If you want you can also add dill.

I LOVE seasoning this soup with dill I think it adds such a strong, nice flavour!
