Crispy Sandwiches.

Today I am writing quick and easy recipe. I've got some leftovers in my fridge so I decided to make me some sandwiches!
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cans of tuna
* 3-4 tbsp of coconut cream
* 4-5 dices of cooked butternut squash
(You can use leftovers from your butternut squash soup (like me) or you can use chickpeas! I am on a FODMAP diet so, unfortunately, I cannot eat chickpeas).
* rice cakes
* with this mixture I made 7 sandwiches
INSTRUCTIONS
First you need to blend coconut cream, tuna and butternut squash together. Season to your taste. You can spread this mixture on a rice cake or you can eat it with baby carrots, celery and cucumbers!
I decided to eat some boiled eggs with this for extra calories.
You can use this recipe for a breakfast or as a snack!
