American pancakes.

Last summer (2017.) these pancakes were on the menu every morning!
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
* 1 banana
* 1 egg
* pinch of salt
* gluten free flour
* 2 tbsp of plain water
if you wish: cinnamon, chia seeds, fruit
* from this recipe I always get 6 pancakes

INSTRUCTIONS
First you have to blend your banana and egg in a blender and then gradually add flour. There is no measure how much flour you have to add. The consitency of mixture have to be thick enough so it is not easily coming of your spoon when you are pouring your pancake in a pan.
You need to preheat your pan with coconut oil and then with tbsp pour the mixture in a pan. I always pour my pancakes in a pan with a spoon and they are always about the same size (look at the photo).
Sometimes I add blueberries to my pancakes when they are still in the pan!
You can eat any type of fruit you like with these! Also, I use almond butter or coconut cream as a spread!
You can, of course, add anything you want: jam, honey, peanut butter..
